Stacker
INMARA has made its latest stacker type DCI-T even more user-friendly with a true servo axis stabiliser bar that can be added to the stacker’s three-servo axis for longitudinal motions, cross motions and the lift axis. The stabiliser bar makes it easier to stabilise articles which are difficult to transfer from the cross conveyor to the lehr belt.
By programming a complete motion profile and using a profile generator to automatically calculate optimum acceleration and deceleration, Inmara’s stacker is very precise when handling bottles at all speeds.
Pre-support (4th axis)
For the production of narrow and unstable items, we recommend the use of a pre-support - 4th axis (can be retrofitted as an option).
The pre-holding device is a servo axis that is very easy to program by means of teaching.
Retraction trolley
The retraction trolley makes it very easy to retract the pusher from the annealing lehr, for example to have enough space to change the pusher bar in a slightly less hot area. The locking mechanism is released using a foot pedal. The pusher slides into a locking mechanism when it is pulled backwards, which can then also be released again using the foot pedal. This design also allows fine adjustment of the angular position as well as the longitudinal position in front of the annealing lehr.
